Return and Refund Policy

Tour Cancelations - Please send an email through our contact us page as soon as you know you desire to cancel a reservation:

• We will work with all customers to reschedule any tour as needed to accomodate changing schedules.
• Cancelations are available until the start time and date of any tour.
• Cancelations made a minimum of 24 hours in advance will receive a full (100%) refund of any payments made.
• Cancelations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will receive a 1/2 half (50%) refund.
• Cancelations made after the start time of any tour or "no shows" will not receive a refund of any kind.
• Refunds will be credited to customers original form of payment within 7-10 business days (depending on bank procedures).
• Refunds in cash will be made only to clients who originally paid in cash on site in any of our local business offices.
• Excessive cleaning and/or equipment damage will be charged to individual clients as warranted.  
• Referrals to local law enforcement will be made as needed.  
• Excessive Public Intoxication will not be tolerated.

Severe Weather Conditions

Van tours run, Rain or Shine, in all weather conditions except Severe Thunderstorms / Hurricane conditions causing road closures.  Boat Tours will be canceled and rescheduled as possible due to any port closure by the local Port Captain, Capitania del Puerto.  All Tours will be canceled and rescheduled as possible in the case of shelter in place orders from local and/or Federal Mexican government in extreme weather conditions (active Hurricanes).  Full (100%) refunds will be issued for any tour canceled due to Extreme Weather / Hurricane conditions when rescheduling is not possible.  Our office will contact all customers with paid reservations as information is available in Severe Weather / Hurrican conditions.  Please follow all advice / orders from local authorities in the event of severe emergency weather conditions (i.e. Hurricanes).
